Arena Center Myllypuron padelkenttä 1 on suljettu keskiviikosta 24.3. alkaen toistaiseksi. Padelkentällä 4 voi pelata vain kaksi henkilöä keskiviikosta 24.3. alkaen, hinta kentällä -50%. Näillä keinoilla vähennämme lähikontaktien määrää sekä parannamme pelaajiemme turvallisuutta pelitilanteessa pandemian aikana.

Varatut vuorot Arena Center Myllypuron padelkentillä 1 ja 4 perutaan ke 24.3. alkaen ja maksettujen vuorojen hinta palautetaan varainjärjestelmän asiakastilin saldolle. Saldoa voi käyttää uusien kenttävarauksien maksamiseen. Myös kentän 4 kaikki varaukset perutaan, mutta asiakas voi halutessaan tehdä uuden varauksen kentälle 4 kaksinpeliä varten 24.3. alkaen (hinta -50%). Asiakkaita, joilla on ollut peruttuja vuoroja on tiedotettu peruutuksesta sähköpostilla.

Pahoittelemme perutuista vuoroista aiheutuvaa harmia, mutta toivomme asiakkailtamme ymmärrystä ja yhteistyötä sekä alla olevien rajoitusten ja ohjeistusten noudattamista.

Arena Center Myllypuro / padelkentät:

- Myllypuron Arena Centerin ulko-ovet ovat suljettuina ja henkilökunta päästää asiakkaita sisään valvotusti. Sisäänkäynti tapahtuu kahvion kassan vieressä sijaitsevasta sivuovesta.
- Jokaisen vuoron varanneen ryhmän tulee saapua hallin ovelle vasta, kun ryhmä on koossa. Ryhmä päästetään sisälle aikaisintaan 10 minuuttia ennen vuoron alkua. Henkilökunta päästää yhden ryhmän kerrallaan sisään.
- Asiakkaita suositellaan vaihtamaan pelivarusteet mahdollisuuksien mukaan jo ennen hallille saapumista.
- Padeltiloihin tulee mennä vasta tasalta vuoron alkaessa edellisten pelaajien poistuttua. Ryhmän tulee poistua padelkentältä 5 min ennen vuoron loppumista ja padeltiloista viivyttelemättä jälleen yhtenä ryhmänä ennen seuraavien ryhmien tuloa.
- Liikkuessa hallin yleisissä tiloissa tulee huomioida riittävät turvavälit ja etäisyydet muihin asiakkaisiin ja henkilökuntaan ja käyttää kasvomaskeja muulloin kuin pelatessa.

Padel court 1 in Arena Center Myllypuro is closed starting from Wed 24 March for the time being. On padel court 4 only two players are allowed per booking starting from Wed 24 March, price on court -50%. With these measures we decrease the number of close contacts and improve the safety of our players during the pandemia.

Bookings on Arena Center Myllypuro padel courts 1 and 4 are cancelled starting from Wed 24 March. The amount already paid is returned to customer’s account in the booking system and it can be used for paying new court bookings. All bookings on padel court 4 are also cancelled, but customers can make a new booking on court 4 if they wish to play singles game (= only two players allowed on a court 4, price -50%). Customers with cancelled bookings have been informed about the cancellation by e-mail.

We regret the harm caused by the cancellations, but we hope understanding and co-operation from our customers and that the restrictions and guidelines below are being followed.

Arena Center Myllypuro / padel courts:

- The front door of Arena Center Myllypuro is closed and the staff controls letting in customers. Entry takes place through the door next to the cafeteria’s cashier.
- Every group with a booking should arrive at the door only when the whole group is together. The group is let in earliest 10 minutes before the hour. Staff lets in only one group at a time.
- Customers are being recommended to wear sport clothes under their outer wear already when arriving at the building.
- Groups should enter the padel premises only exactly on the hour after the earlier groups have left. The group should leave padel court 5 minutes before the hour ends and leave padel premises without delay again as a one group before the next group enters.
- In general, players should pay attention to social distances and wear face masks at all times except during the actual physical activity.
